Our Services at a Glance
From posture correction to pain relief, we offer a full spectrum of therapeutic massage services:
Corrective Massage
With a variety of techniques, each practitioner helps correct posture and muscle dysfunction to help you move better and have better posture.
Corrective Exercise
Schedule this before or after massage to help understand what you can do to correct your posture and gait via targeted observations and subtle exercises provided by Julie Watson, our Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Maintenance Massage
We like to call this a tune-up! Work out the aches and pains before they need serious treatment. Maintenance massage is great once a month or at a regular interval that works with your schedule. Full body focus is the goal. You and your therapist will discuss any minor aches and pains and that will be incorporated into the session. Your therapist will use a variety of techniques to make this the restorative session that you need.

Active Release Technique
This style of work includes movement, which is why we love it! It requires client movement, which allows the muscles to relax with less pressure. It is very specific work and includes an assessment to determine the “cause”. Ideal for ankle sprains, shin splints, thoracic outlet syndrome, SI dysfunction, carpal tunnel etc. Active Release technique is related to massage, but not the same. A corrective treatment is 1 hour and is a mix of assessment and hands on.
Rock Tape
Kinesiotape is a supplement to massage, helping the effects last longer. It can be used to help lymph flow, decrease muscle tension, decrease pain, and add stability to a compromised joint.
Cupping
Cupping allows the tissue to be moved in a way that is difficult to accomplish with massage alone. It pulls tissue and fascia instead of pushing. It increases blood flow and nutrients to an adhesion and separates the layers of tissue, which facilitates healing.
